If you change your mind, you can return the product to us within 30 days of the purchase date, thanks to our 30-day money-back guarantee policy. Please note that the Blist Beauty product must be new, unused, and have the seal intact for the return to be accepted.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for our money-back guarantee.

By availing this special offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. The returned product(s) must be in new, unused condition, without any physical damage, and perfectly clean. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be returned, along with the original packaging, user manuals, inserts, and other printed documents.
  4. Provide a photo of the item received to demonstrate that it is new, unused, and with the seal intact.
  5. Return the purchase to the provided return address within 30 days of receiving your order. Any shipping costs for the purchase or return will be incurred at the customer's expense. Blist Beauty will not refund return shipping costs.
  6. This return policy does not cover products damaged as a result of external factors, such as mishandling by the customer.
  7. Blist Beauty reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy. In the case of policy abuse, customers may be excluded from its application.

Money Back Guarantee Exclusions:

The following situations are not applicable to the Money Back Guarantee offer:

  1. The Blist Beauty product has been opened and used.
  2. The Blist Beauty product does not meet your needs or you are unsatisfied for no particular reason. Please note that we provide clear product information and visuals online before purchase, and our team is always available to answer any questions you may have prior to purchase.
  3. Shipping delays. Please understand that Blist Beauty cannot be held responsible for shipment delays caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. Pre-orders will have the estimated stock arrival date mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase.

Additional Terms and Conditions for the Money Back Guarantee:

  1. Shipping and handling charges, packaging wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are non-refundable.
  2. All returns must be submitted through our Returns Center. If approved, you will receive return instructions. The customer is responsible for and must cover all shipping charges, assuming the risk of loss or damage to the returned product(s) during transit back to the Blist Beauty warehouse.
  3. If you return a product to Blist Beauty without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or without all the original parts and accessories, Blist Beauty retains the right to refuse acceptance of the return or charge a restocking fee of 20% of the original price of the product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.

Returning Condition:

For the protection of our customers, all Blist Beauty products come sealed due to strict infection control protocols and hygiene reasons. To be eligible for return, the product(s) and original outer packaging must be new, unused, in sealed, undamaged packages, and in resalable condition. Once the seal is broken and the package is opened, we cannot accept returns unless the Blist Beauty product is deemed faulty due to manufacturing.

If a product is returned despite these conditions, it will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Returning Time Frame:

To initiate a return, you must submit a request within 30 days of the purchase date. Once approved, the item must be received at the designated return address within 30 days of the approval date.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping and warehouse costs. The fee typically ranges from approximately $29 to $49. For an exact cost, you can contact our customer service agents before returning the product.


Full-priced products are eligible for a refund, unless they were purchased using Klarna, Sezzle, or AfterPay.

Klarna, Sezzle, AfterPay:

Orders placed with Klarna, Sezzle, or AfterPay are only eligible for a store credit, not a refund.

Full-Priced Items:

Full-priced items can be refunded or credited for store credit.

Promotional Code:

If you placed an order using a promotional code that discounted the total, you will only be eligible for store credit.

Return Shipping:

Please note that shipping and handling costs are not included in returns and refunds. If you wish to return an item that is not our error, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Store credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue.

Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for any charges related to returning the items. It is recommended to use registered or traceable postal services for return shipments, as the customer remains responsible for the return parcels until they are received by our company.

Returns Approval:

All returns must be approved by our support team before sending the item back. You will receive a Return Authorization Number, which must be included with the return shipment to ensure easy identification of your parcel. Please note that any return received without a Return Authorization Number will be rejected.

Processing Time for Returns:

We make every effort to process returns and refunds as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. Before issuing any refunds, we need to receive the returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements as stated in this policy.

You will receive email notifications confirming the receipt of your return by our team. If your return is approved, you will receive an email confirming that the refund for the product cost has been processed to the original payment method.

Defective/Faulty Items:

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective product. If your product becomes faulty within the 12-month warranty period, please contact our Customer Care team at Provide a description of the issue, your order number or purchase receipt, and images/videos of the fault. Our Customer Care team will assist you in troubleshooting the issue and may request further instructions or actions to resolve it.

If we are unable to solve the issue, we will guide you through submitting a warranty claim to have the item sent back to our facility for inspection and testing. If the product is deemed defective due to manufacturing, we will arrange a suitable replacement or repair within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you. Please note that our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, water damage, modifications, misuse, or any damage caused by the user that renders the device unfit for use. Replacement products do not have an extended warranty period.

Cancellations and Return to Sender:

Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our warehouse for processing. Due to the high volume of orders, we usually cannot intercept the ordering-to-dispatch process. Therefore, once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or retracted.

If you refuse the package or it is tagged as Return to Sender (RTS), a 20% cancellation fee will be applied, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Once we receive the items back from the courier at our warehouse, we will process your refund. Please be aware that this process may take up to four (4) weeks from the time your package is delivered to our warehouse. This timeframe allows us to receive, inspect, verify your return, and complete the refund process.
