Initiate a Warranty Replacement

All requests for a warranty claim replacement MUST be preauthorized with a Return Authorization (RA) number assigned by Blist.

Please note: assigned RA numbers are only valid for 10 business days. Product(s) returned without a RA# (Return Authorization) number will not be accepted.

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. Blist does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product(s) being returned for a refund without an RA number.
