Return Policy

RETURNS Please carefully review our Returns Policy before making a purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase from Blist Beauty.

If you change your mind, you are welcome to return the item to us within 30 days of the purchase date, thanks to our 30-day money back guarantee policy. We offer refunds and store credits subject to the following conditions:

Return Condition

For the protection of our customers and due to our strict infection control protocols and hygiene reasons, all Blist Beauty products are sold sealed. The product(s) and packaging parcels must be new, unused, in sealed and undamaged packages, and in a resalable condition. Once the seal is broken and the package is opened, we cannot accept returns unless the Blist Beauty product is deemed faulty from manufacturing.

If a product is returned despite these conditions, it will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Return Time Frame

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns, excluding faulty items, must be received at the provided return address within 30 days from the date the return request was approved.

Restocking Fee

Returns are subject to a $49 restocking fee.

Refunds

Full-priced products are eligible for a refund, unless purchased with Klarna.

Klarna and Sezzle

Orders placed with Klarna or Sezzle are only eligible for a store credit.

Full-Priced

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund or store credit.

Promotional Code

Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order are only eligible for a store credit.

Return Shipping

Shipping and handling costs are not included in returns and refunds. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item that is not due to our error. Store credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Blist Beauty does not take responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of returns. We encourage you to use registered or traceable postal services for returning your item(s) as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Blist Beauty.

Return Approval

All returns must be approved by Blist Beauty's support team before sending the item back. You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number, which must be included with the return so that we can easily identify your parcel. Any return received without a Return Authorization Number will be rejected.

Return Processing Time

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.

Before processing any refunds, we are required to receive the returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements stated in this policy. You will receive an email notification when our team has received your return. If your return has been approved, you will receive another email stating that your refund for the product cost has been processed to the original payment method.

Faulty Items

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective product. If your product becomes faulty within the 12-month warranty period, please contact our Customer Care team at support@blistbeauty.com. Provide a description of the issue, order number, and images/videos of the fault, and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Our Customer Care team will guide you through troubleshooting tips to attempt to solve the issue you're experiencing. Further instructions may be provided, including video requests and actions, to help resolve the issue.

If we are unable to solve the issue, we will assist you in submitting a warranty claim to have the item sent back to our facility for inspection and testing. If the product is deemed defective from manufacturing, we will organize a suitable replacement or repair within a reasonable time, and without significant inconvenience to you.

Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, water damage, modifications, misuse or any damage caused by the user that would make your device unfit for use. There is no extended warranty period on a replacement product.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it’s automatically sent to our warehouse for processing. Due to the high volume of orders our warehouse receives, we usually aren’t able to intercept the ordering to dispatch process. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
