Limited Warranty Information

Blist Beauty manufactures its products under strict quality control measures. Each device undergoes thorough design, manufacturing, inspection, and testing procedures to ensure it meets our stringent specifications. If you are not fully satisfied with your Blist Beauty product, please refer to our warranty policy below:

This policy applies to purchases made from blistbeauty.myshopify.com.

Blist Beauty will replace or repair authentic devices that are eligible for warranty service and have defects or faults in materials and workmanship from manufacturing. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

What is not covered by the limited warranty: This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, defects or failures caused by abuse or misuse, improper care, impact or insertion of foreign objects, use with a voltage connector, or loss of the device. The warranty is void if the product has been involved in an accident, subjected to misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or repair, unauthorized modification, or any other use not specified in the printed instructions.

How long does the limited warranty last:

The limited warranty begins from the date of purchase and is valid for one (1) year. The warranty period is not extended if your device is replaced by Blist Beauty during the warranty period. If your device was purchased more than a year ago, you are not eligible for a warranty replacement.

What Blist Beauty will do if your device is defective:

If you discover a defect or issue with your Blist Beauty product within one (1) year from the purchase date, please contact Blist Beauty customer support and provide a description of the issue, a photo of the product, and your order number (proof of purchase). Once our online support team confirms the product has a fault, we will assist you in submitting a warranty claim to have the item sent back to our facility for inspection and testing. If the product is deemed defective from manufacturing, we will arrange for a suitable replacement or repair within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you.

If, upon inspection and testing at our facility, we find that your device is not defective, we will notify you and return the device to you. All limited warranty services must be authorized and performed by Blist Beauty.

Before processing any replacements, we need to receive the faulty product at our facility for inspection. Once the fault is confirmed, we will proceed with processing a new replacement.

Initiating a Warranty Claim:

All requests for a warranty replacement MUST be preauthorized with a Return Authorization (RA) number provided by Blist Beauty.

Please note: Assigned RA numbers are only valid for 10 business days. Any return received without a Return Authorization Number will be rejected. Warranty replacements or repairs can take up to 15 days to be processed once received.
